Full Stack Engineer (Next.js)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer (Next.js) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining modern, high-performance web applications that integrate seamlessly with backend services, APIs, and advanced AI/ML features. This role requires strong expertise in frontend and backend development, deployment pipelines, and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and related technologies
- Optimize application code for performance, responsiveness, and scalability across devices and platforms
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs, databases, and hardware interfaces (e.g., Bluetooth, BLE, sensors)
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications to ensure stability, compatibility, and efficiency
- Work closely with designers, embedded engineers, and product managers, providing technical guidance where needed
- Integrate AI/ML features such as computer vision modules or LLM-based assistants in collaboration with AI engineers
- Prepare technical documentation, demos, and presentations for customer proposals, and engage with clients to deliver practical solutions
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Solid understanding of backend development (Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, databases)
- Experience with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with performance optimization and debugging
- Exposure to AI/ML integration (computer vision, LLMs) is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML integration (computer vision, LLMs)
- Familiarity with hardware or IoT integrations (e.g., Bluetooth, BLE, sensors)
- Exposure to mobile-first design and responsive UI frameworks
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Prior experience engaging with clients and preparing technical documentation or demos
