Job Description:

We are looking for a Mobile App Developer to join our team and build high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native, and a solid understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles, and real-time communication systems. You will work closely with backend and product teams to deliver seamless, performant, and scalable mobile experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications.
  • Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces aligned with product requirements
  • Integrate real-time communication features using WebSockets, WebRTC, or similar technologies
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design efficient APIs and data models
  • Optimize mobile apps for performance, stability, and scalability
  • Manage state, caching, and data synchronization across complex app flows
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and maintainability
  • Architect modular and reusable code components across projects
  • Work with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional and elegant implementations
  • Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in mobile app development
  • Proficiency in Flutter
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, asynchronous programming, and API integration
  • Experience working with WebSockets, WebRTC, or other real-time communication protocols
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools
  • Solid understanding of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Good to Have:

  • Experience with React Native
  • Experience with native development in Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS)
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment
  • Understanding of push notifications, background tasks, and offline-first architectures
  • Knowledge of backend integration, GraphQL, or Firebase services
  • Exposure to cloud services or DevOps tools for mobile deployment and monitoring
  • Experience designing or consuming real-time APIs and microservices
